Led team that launched global storefront to sell Xbox console and accessories store on Xbox One console and Surface accessories in Windows 10 store in fall 2017. Project resulted in multi-million dollars of increased revenue from device sales on Xbox One console and Windows 10 store, and success was recognized as one of top achievements of 2017 by leadership team.

- Re-used pricing, offers, and discount logic to ensure consistency in price across Xbox store and online store.
- Pages met all applicable accessibility and globalization criteria.
- As part of the release process, I established new process and coordinated flighting (feature rollout) on Xbox One console to collect internal and public feedback from Xbox Insiders group.
- Technologies and processes developed for this project enabled significant future projects to launch a "universal" product page buy box shared across games, apps, movies, subscriptions, and devices, and to launch improved ratings and reviews features across other games in Xbox One store.
